REQUEST SERVICE
If your Sytong product fails to perform in any way, and you have already tried the troubleshooting and FAQ tips, please follow these instructions to initiate a service request:
1. Remove mounting rings, covers, and all other accessories from the product.
2. Record the product's serial number and keep it in a safe place.
3. Print this confirmation page and include it with your shipment.
4. If possible, ship the product in its original packaging, as this is the safest method.
5. Be sure to wrap the package securely and use strapping tape on the outside.
6. If possible, ship by a traceable parcel service. Please insure the shipment against loss.
7. Ship to: 4th Floor, Building 4, Lianjian Tech Park, Dalang Ave., Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China 518109
8. Please obtain the RMA number by filling out the form below.
